Recently, we have received multiple reports from users being targeted by phishing emails sent from:
The sender is NOT affiliated with FoxWallet and is attempting to impersonate our official support team.
Please be aware:
FoxWallet’s only official website is: https://foxwallet.com
Official FoxWallet emails are ONLY sent from the @foxwallet.com domain.
Any emails from:
- @foxwallet.org
- or any other [email protected] domain
are NOT official FoxWallet communications.
Never share the following information with anyone:
- Recovery phrase / mnemonic
- Private key
- Keystore
- Verification codes
- Wallet password
FoxWallet staff will NEVER ask for your mnemonic phrase or private keys under any circumstances.
If you receive suspicious emails:
- Do not click any links
- Do not download attachments
- Carefully verify the sender’s domain
- Contact official FoxWallet channels for confirmation
Please stay vigilant and protect your assets.
